While establishing a culture of wristwatches for women, Patek Philippe deliberately extended its vision into men’s watches in pursuit of an ever-wider variety of forms. This evolution led to the 10-105, then the 10-110, and ultimately to the Caliber 10-200—a caliber that speaks of the final era in which stability was achieved through the substantial mass of the balance.
