The story begins in 1933 with Jaeger-LeCoultre’s groundbreaking Caliber 410, a movement that introduced true mechanical complication to the wristwatch. Building upon this innovation, and drawing on Vacheron Constantin’s expertise after introducing one of the world’s first triple-calendar wristwatches in 1924, the two manufactures jointly developed the Caliber 484 in 1945.
